The envisaged scheme required a major outline planning application for the creation of a 1,500 dwelling, mixed-use, expansion of the settlement of Alderholt.
The application was accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Statement (ES).
What we did
As Planning Partner and EIA lead at Rapleys LLP, Sarah managed and coordinated the EIA process and produced an ES to accompany the outline planning application.
Coordinated the environmental technical consultant team.
How we added value
Sarah drafted the contextual, cumulative impact, and concluding chapters of the ES.
Reviewed the technical consultant chapters and collated the final ES, Technical Appendices, and Non-Technical Statement.
